Our diagnostic fee is a flat $70 per repair visit. If we can complete a minor fix on the spot using small parts, the total is $170 including diagnosis. For larger repairs, we confirm parts and labour pricing before we proceed.
Yes. We prepare, submit, and track eligible HVAC rebates end-to-end and keep you updated. Permit fees for gas and mechanical permits are included as a line item in our quotes, we pay them upfront, and we schedule all inspections.
We supply and install Goodman, York, and Daikin equipment. For controls, we support Google Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell, and Goodman. We service most major brands, even if we didn’t install the system.
We don’t offer 24/7 emergency service. We do offer same-day repairs during business hours with priority for plan members and urgent no-heat/no-cool situations when our schedule allows.
For existing homes, we typically install within 1–2 weeks from the quote date. For new construction, we install at the HVAC stage, such as after framing, in line with the build schedule.
We provide a 1-year labour warranty on our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the equipment brands—parts are typically 10 years, and heat exchangers have lifetime coverage where applicable. We register equipment as needed and keep your documents organized.
We start with a free on-site assessment in Delta, BC or the surrounding cities to understand your home, loads, and preferences. We email a clear parts-and-labour quote that’s valid for three months. Once you approve, we schedule the install—usually within 1–2 weeks for existing homes—include permit fees, and handle removal, recycling, and refrigerant recovery of old equipment. We commission the new system, share any required balancing or static pressure readings, and send your paperwork. You pay 70% at rough-in (ductwork complete and the indoor unit set) and 30% at completion. Our 1-year labour warranty begins at completion, and manufacturer coverage applies per brand.
We arrive within the confirmed window, diagnose the issue, and explain the findings in plain language. If it’s a simple fix with small parts, we complete it on the spot for a $170 total. If parts and additional labour are required, we quote the full price before work starts. When equipment is under manufacturer parts warranty and we didn’t install it, we process claims when you provide the model and serial numbers; the supplier confirms coverage. Labour and diagnostics are billed according to the repair’s parts requirements.
Yes. We support most major HVAC brands across Metro Vancouver. We can also process third-party manufacturer parts warranty claims when you provide model and serial numbers. We confirm what’s covered before proceeding so you understand any labour or diagnostic charges.
We handle full-scope residential HVAC: heating and furnace installation, air conditioning and heat pumps including ductless mini-splits, ventilation and HRV/ERV, indoor air quality solutions, in-house ductwork and sheet metal, smart thermostats, and gas fitting related to HVAC. We follow TECA design standards, perform load calculations for replacements and new builds, and provide commissioning readings where applicable.
We provide commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance, including fixed-price service contracts. We supply and install rooftop and packaged units across common tonnages and brands, plan crane lifts, arrange traffic or sidewalk permits, and coordinate scheduling. We also service ventilation and kitchen make-up air systems within our service area.
We select equipment to match your home and comfort goals, complete TECA-based load calculations where required, and fabricate ductwork in-house. We seal connections, insulate as specified, and commission the system to hit target static pressure in the 0.4"–0.8" water column range. For HRV/ERV systems we balance supply and exhaust and provide recorded airflow readings at closeout. We also set up your thermostat or smart control, connect Wi-Fi, configure schedules and equipment settings, and walk you through everyday use.
One residential plan covers both heating and cooling. We schedule two visits per year. The first visit focuses on a filter change. The second includes a filter change and service if needed. Parts are not included, and plan members receive priority scheduling during peak season. We keep records so you always know what was serviced and when.
Two scheduled visits per year keep systems reliable. Both visits include filter changes, and one visit includes inspection and service. Parts are not included. We lock in set pricing and dates so you can plan around production or tenant schedules.
We recommend the most efficient HVAC product that fits your building, usage, and local climate in Metro Vancouver. We discuss options such as heat pumps, higher-efficiency furnaces, and control strategies that reduce run time without sacrificing comfort. We don’t provide savings models; we focus on equipment choices that deliver practical efficiency and better comfort.
We measure, fabricate, and install ductwork in-house to TECA standards. We seal with duct seal compound, tape, and screws, and insulate with bubble wrap rated R-4.2 where specified. After installation, we verify static pressure, adjust airflow as needed, retest until we’re within the 0.4"–0.8" w.c. target, and share those readings at closeout so you know the system is performing as intended.
Yes. We balance supply and exhaust during commissioning and record airflow readings. We provide those readings at closeout so you and your inspector have documented proof that ventilation is set up correctly for your home in Delta, BC or surrounding cities.
Yes. We supply and install rooftop and packaged units across common tonnages. We create the crane-lift plan, coordinate traffic or sidewalk permits, and schedule the work to minimise downtime. All costs are included in our quote so you can budget accurately.
Yes. We install and wire the thermostat, connect Wi-Fi, set schedules, configure equipment settings, and show you the basics. We support Google Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell, and Goodman controls. We do not perform third-party smart home integrations.
Our licensed gasfitters pull permits, complete a 15-minute, 15-psi pressure test, and document results with the permit. We follow required safety procedures and include inspection scheduling for projects in Delta, BC and the wider Metro Vancouver area.
We can assess indoor air quality with an IAQ meter to check temperature, humidity, CO₂, and other basic indicators. Based on the findings and your comfort goals, we may recommend media filters, UV options, HRV/ERV add-ons, and system-level upgrades such as furnaces, AC coils, AC, or heat pumps. Maintenance is either homeowner-performed or completed by our team depending on the product. If noise is a concern, we consider quieter product options during selection.
Common parts are typically available the same day from our trucks or local suppliers. Special-order parts usually take one to four weeks if not in stock anywhere. We stock popular MERV-8 filter sizes and can source custom sizes with about four to six weeks’ lead time.
We do not take a booking deposit. For installs, payment is 70% at rough-in—when ductwork is completed and the indoor unit is installed—and 30% at completion. We accept e-transfer and cheque. We do not publish plan pricing or accept credit cards based on current information.
We don’t offer 24/7 service. We do offer same-day repairs during our normal hours, and we can book holiday visits when scheduling allows. Holiday visits include a $100 surcharge.
Yes. We design and set up automatic changeover between gas heat and heat pump based on outside temperature. We configure the changeover temperature in the controls so your system switches seamlessly.
Our written quotes are valid for three months. If you proceed within that window, we hold the quoted parts-and-labour pricing. After three months, we review supplier pricing and reissue the quote if needed. Travel fees outside our core zone and permit fees appear clearly as line items.
Yes. We include permit fees in your quote, pay them upfront, and schedule all required inspections. For replacements and new builds, we perform TECA F-280 load calculations and provide summaries when the city requests them. We keep you updated on inspection dates and outcomes.
We do. We serve Delta, BC and the Metro Vancouver core zone without a travel fee, and we go farther with a flat $100 travel fee. Availability and lead times can vary with distance and season. We confirm the travel fee and schedule before you approve the work.
No. We don’t offer boilers, hydronics, chillers, building automation, refrigeration, or water heaters. When those needs arise, we share contact numbers for trusted trade partners so you can decide how to proceed.
Our 1-year labour warranty covers workmanship. If something isn’t right, call or message us and we schedule a visit. Manufacturer warranties cover parts per brand—typically 10 years on eligible components and lifetime on heat exchangers where applicable. For new construction, we hand over as-builts, model and serial lists, start-up checklists, and warranty information so you have a complete record.
