We install furnaces, heat pumps, central air conditioners, ductless mini splits, HRV/ERV ventilation, and rooftop packaged units where applicable. Installation includes equipment, TECA-compliant ductwork where needed, commissioning, and a documented handover. Brands include Goodman, York, and Daikin. This HVAC installation service is available across Delta, Surrey, Vancouver, Langley, New Westminster, Burnaby, and Port Coquitlam.

For existing homes, we typically schedule installation within one to two weeks of your approved quote. For new construction, Apple Tree Gas & Heating Ltd. installs at the HVAC stage after framing. We work Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Holiday bookings are limited and carry a $100 surcharge.

Yes. We include permit fees in your installation quote and schedule all required inspections. Our licensed gasfitters pull gas and mechanical permits, then complete a 15-minute, 15-psi pressure test. You receive permit documents and test records with the commissioning package, so your HVAC installation meets municipal requirements in Delta, BC and neighbouring cities.

We perform load calculations for replacements and new builds using TECA’s Heat Load Calculator F-280 when required by the city. That ensures the installation capacity matches your home or building. Right-sized HVAC installation improves comfort, efficiency, and longevity, and helps avoid noise and short-cycling caused by oversized equipment.

We offer proven brands that fit the project, including Goodman, York, and Daikin. Your installation quote will outline model options and parts-and-labour details. We pair equipment with appropriate controls like Google Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell, or Goodman to match comfort goals, budgets, and available space in Delta homes and commercial sites.

Yes. After installation, we set up equipment, balance ventilation where applicable, and target 0.4 to 0.8 inches water column static pressure. We record airflow and static readings, note model and serial numbers, and provide a commissioning checklist. You receive the results at closeout for your records and warranty support.

Yes. Our core service area includes Delta, Surrey, Langley, New Westminster, Burnaby, Port Coquitlam, and Vancouver. We can complete installation outside this zone with an upfront $100 travel fee noted in your quote. Schedule occurs during business hours, and we confirm parts availability and timelines before we begin.

When we complete an installation, we can install and configure supported controls such as Google Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell, or Goodman. Setup includes wiring, Wi-Fi connection, schedules, and equipment configuration. We provide a quick handover on using your thermostat. Third-party smart home integrations are not included in scope.
