Yes. During business hours we book same-day residential repairs until 6 p.m. when openings exist. The diagnostic is a flat $70. If a minor issue is fixed immediately with small parts, the total is $170. For larger repairs, we confirm parts and labour first. We service cooling systems we did not install.

We verify refrigerant charge, confirm airflow, and measure static pressure, targeting 0.4 to 0.8 inches water column. We check controls, thermostats, and drainage, then record readings and share them at closeout. Yes. We install and configure Google Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell, and Goodman thermostats for cooling systems. We handle wiring, Wi-Fi connection, schedules, equipment settings, and basic alerts. Third-party smart home integrations are outside scope, but your new thermostat will be fully set up and ready to control cooling.

We also prepare, submit, and track HVAC-eligible rebates end-to-end where applicable, such as heat pump rebates. Your emailed quote shows a clear parts-and-labour breakdown, permit fees as a line item, and the scope of work for your cooling system. Old equipment removal, recycling, and refrigerant recovery are included. Travel outside our core zone adds a $100 fee. Holiday visits carry a $100 surcharge.

We provide a 1-year labour warranty on workmanship for cooling systems. Manufacturer warranties come from the equipment brands and typically include up to 10 years on parts when eligibility requirements are met. We supply model and serial documentation and share startup checklists at turnover for your records.

One residential plan covers heating and cooling. You get two visits per year: first a filter change, second a filter change plus service if needed. Parts are not included. Plan members receive priority scheduling during peak breakdowns. We stock common MERV-8 filter sizes for most cooling systems and can order customs.

Yes. Our core service zone includes Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, New Westminster, Burnaby, Port Coquitlam, and Delta. We publish a $100 travel fee for jobs outside that core. You’ll see any travel cost in the cooling systems quote before booking, so there are no surprises when we arrive.
