Yes. Our fixed-price service contract includes two scheduled visits per year. Both visits include filter changes; one visit includes a full inspection and service to keep equipment within spec. Parts are not included. We plan around your business hours and document findings so commercial maintenance decisions stay simple and defensible.

During business hours, we attend, run diagnostics, and confirm findings. The flat $70 diagnostic applies to each repair visit. If a small fault can be fixed immediately with minor parts, the total is $170. For larger commercial HVAC repair, we quote parts and labour before proceeding so budgets stay controlled.

We schedule Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., across Delta, BC and Metro Vancouver. We do not offer 24/7 emergency service. Holiday calls can be arranged when booking is open; a $100 holiday surcharge applies. Work outside the core zone attracts a $100 travel fee, quoted upfront.

Yes. Apple Tree Gas & Heating supports systems we did not install. For applicable manufacturer warranty claims, we submit with your model and serial numbers; suppliers confirm coverage. Labour and diagnostics are billed per the repair’s parts requirements. This keeps commercial HVAC repair straightforward when ownership or installation history is mixed.

Common commercial HVAC parts are usually available the same day from trucks or local suppliers. When a special order is required, typical lead times run 1–4 weeks. Yes, our commercial maintenance team covers Delta, Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, New Westminster, Burnaby, and Port Coquitlam. We quote a $100 travel fee for work outside this core service zone. Where gas work is involved, licensed gasfitters pull permits and perform a 15-minute, 15-psi pressure test with documentation. We follow manufacturer procedures on repairs and keep commercial maintenance records aligned with your safety audits. Inspections are scheduled when required, and you receive clear closeout notes for your files.
