Yes. We plan the crane lift, arrange traffic permits, schedule the window and coordinate onsite access. It is included in the quote for rooftop units. We supply and install rooftop and packaged units from Goodman, York and Daikin where suitable. We match capacity, controls and ventilation needs to your building. For RTU replacement, we provide a free onsite assessment and email a parts and labour breakdown. Quotes are valid for three months. Repairs use a flat $70 diagnostic. If a minor fix is completed immediately with small parts, the total is $170. Travel outside the core zone adds a $100 fee.

Yes, most rooftop units are replaced during business hours. We book crane time, secure permits and stage equipment so the lift is efficient. Where needed, we sequence work to limit downtime. Absolutely. We repair and maintain rooftop units we did not install. Provide the model and serial numbers and we will pursue manufacturer parts coverage where applicable. We offer fixed price service contracts for commercial rooftop units, scheduled twice per year. Both visits include filter changes; one visit includes inspection and service. Parts are not included. During business hours, we prioritise no heat and no cool calls for rooftop units. Yes. Our core service area includes Delta, Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, New Westminster, Burnaby and Port Coquitlam. Outside this zone, a $100 travel fee applies and is quoted upfront. We commission rooftop and packaged units using startup checklists and manufacturer procedures. For replacements, we perform TECA F-280 load calculations, verify airflow when applicable and record readings at turnover. You receive documentation with model and serial lists and warranty information. This commissioning process stabilises performance and extends RTU service life.
